Weakness

Good morning,

I hope this morning you are blessed with the peace of God. May He give you strength and encouragement today. I have been fatigued and frustrated as I have not been able to do as I planned to do in a specific period of time. I wonder about my weakness and I have found encouragement this morning in God’s word concerning weakness.

In 2 Corinthians 12:9 the apostle Paul describes his weakness and God’s purpose for it:

9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

I am thankful to God that He is constantly with me and comforts me with His peace when I feel I have just about had enough. If you are in need, cry out to God and through prayer, express your your concerns regarding your weakness and He will give you renewed hope, inspiration, and strength.

There are many verses about weakness that provide encouragement demonstrating God’s power and provision for us in The Bible. We are not less than because of our weakness, God loves us and values us, considering us to be His children. Cast your cares to Him and He will guide you where you need to go physically and intellectually.

May our God bless you today with the comfort and strength you need today. In Jesus’s name, amen.
